1. Scope of Services
Mind Insights by Krish Phua offers psychological counselling sessions (not psychotherapy) for individuals, couples, and families. Topics may include intimacy, relationships, mental health, sexuality, LGBTQ+ concerns, relocation, trauma, or career issues.

2. Locations and Appointments
Sessions are offered in person at our primary location in Zurich or online.
In-person sessions are also available in Biel/Bienne at the following location on selected days each month and can be booked directly via Calendly:

Appointments can also be arranged via email, phone, or through the contact form on our website.

3. Fees and Payment
Fees for counselling services are listed on our website and are visible during the booking process. They will also be clearly stated in the confirmation email you receive after scheduling an appointment.
Payment may be made either in advance (via our secure payment page powered by Payrexx, coming soon) or after the session via TWINT or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made later than this or missed appointments will be charged at the full rate, except in cases of emergency.

5. Disclaimer
The services provided are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. Mind Insights by Krish Phua does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Counselling is provided for personal support and guidance only.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared during counselling sessions is treated confidentially and in accordance with Swiss data protection regulations (revDSG). Exceptions may apply in cases where there is a legal obligation to report risk of serious harm.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
