  • I grew up in Singapore, where space is limited and several generations often live under one roof.
    It was beautiful: noisy, alive, full of love. But it was also intense. Conflicts were inevitable, and for a long time, we didn’t really talk about them. We just carried on, hoping things would get better on their own.
    Over time, I learned that silence rarely solves anything. Understanding, empathy, and honest communication do.
    That insight shaped the way I work today: helping people create healthier, happier and kinder ways to relate to each other, no matter how small or crowded their “space” may be.
